Right Royal Residence for FAAC
Richmond Park is the largest open space in London and a heritage landscape of
national importance, having been enclosed as a hunting park by King Charles I in
1637. The only residence set in the park required a sliding gate in keeping with the
surroundings.
A timber- clad gate has been designed to complement the setting. It was then
automated with a FAAC 820 sliding operator, as the system can accommodate
pedestrian and vehicle opening settings.
