We wish a Happy Retirement to our much-loved colleague Christine Norman, who spent her last working day with us on Friday. Having joined FAAC UK LTD in 2008 she has spent 13 amazing years with us and she is going to be missed tremendously. Knowing all of our customers by their first names and solving tens of thousands of enquiries during this long period of time takes some serious dedication and perseverence, not to mention her great sense of humour.
So don't forget: Retirement is the world's longest coffee break.
